If you are a Tenafly resident, or own real estate or a business in Tenafly, we welcome you as a member of the Library with no charge. Free library cards are issued upon presentation of proper identification. Alpine students attending the Tenafly school system are entitled to a library card valid for the duration of the school year. This card entitles its holder to borrowing privileges only in Tenafly and must be renewed each September. If you work in Tenafly and live outside the BCCLS area, you are entitled to a Courtesy Card granting you Tenafly Library borrowing privileges, but not those offered by BCCLS. Courtesy cards must be renewed each year. If you do not fulfill the above requirements, you can become a subscribing member of the Tenafly Library for an annual fee of $45.00. This entitles you to borrowing privileges at the Tenafly Public Library but not those offered by BCCLS. |
