Programs sponsored by the Tenafly Public Library are free and open to all, and there's always something going on, be it a book discussion group, a lecture or a slideshow. Be sure to take home a copy of our seasonal program brochure and check the local papers and cable where Library activities are publicized. Programs and services may also be accessed on Channel 77 of Tenafly High School.

Discussion Groups

Selma Greco leads the afternoon book group in discussions of significant titles on the fourth Thursday of each month at 1:30 pm

Great Books Discussion Group
The Great Books Group meets to discuss titles from the Great Books Series on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm.

Everyone is welcome. For details on monthly readings please call the Library at 201-568-8680.

Foreign Policy Discussion Group
The Foreign Policy Discussion Group meets on the first Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Library's Friends Room. Discussions are based upon, but not limited to, readings of the Foreign Policy Association, a non-partisan, non-profit educational organization.
